Fulcrum Global are an international property development and investment company based in China, Hong Kong and Manchester UK. At one time they were the largest property investor in to new developments in the city of Manchester.

They tasked us with creating a brand that would both appeal to local residents, renters and investors but it had to also identify with international property investors who were based in Hong Kong and China. This required paying attention to cultural tastes and expectations across the stakeholder group.

Over two years we captured various stages of their One Regent Apartments development situated on the edge of Castlefield, Manchester.
